Have made several attempts to change the color and increase the brightness on the backlit keyboard and have not been able to accoomplish it. Can someone please contact me with the directions on how to change the color and brightness of the light. This is a delightful laptop but I cann't see the keys. Thank you.

My one complaint is the power cord is about 3 feet shorter than any I've ever seen and there is a warning in the short manual regarding power cords so I don't feel comfortable using a regular USB-C charging cable.

I like the laptop a lot except I can't figure out how to turn on the keyboard back lighting. It's advertised as having RGB backlighting but the only time the lights seem to come on at all is during startup or shutdown. I don't even care about the RGB aspect, I'd just like to turn on white backlighting.
