[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good hand weights are harder to find than you might think. I really don't like the ones that are just plain iron, because they tend to rust. Plus, they're not comfortable in my hands! (I have older hands.) I truly do not like exercising on cold days because my old weights feel like ice. These nice ones from HolaHatha are much nicer! The grippy coating will keep them from ever rusting, and they never feel cold—or hot. I also like how they are different colors and how the numerical weight is prominently displayed. If you have old iron weights, sometimes you can't tell at a glance. The weight rack is also a very nice thing to have. It greatly lessens the chances of me stubbing my toes. It organizes the weights and looks good too. I wish it was a little more sturdy, but it's not holding too much weight, so it works. I gotta go work out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set of dumbbells is great for at home workouts. The stand is easy to assemble. The weights are coated in a nice grippy material that is nice to hold. The 5, 10, 15 are perfect for adding a bit of weight to your next exercises.

The material on them is great for easy grip and the bass is good for storing. I added this to my daily routine in the morning and it feels great on my arms. Obviously I started with the low and worked my way up, but I love the set. I would definitely recommend.
