I use these dumbbells for strength building and bicep curls and lunges. They are the perfect weight for this knd of workout. I will highly recommend this product to my friends and family

It arrived very well and nicely packet and was very easy to install the storage rack. The 3 dumbbell sets are each 3,5 and 8 pounds. Great for any type of workout that requires dumbbells and very fun colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so impressed with this weight set. The dumbbells start at 5lbs., 10ths., and goes to 15lbs. The rack that the weights sit in is sturdy and it stacks them in a staggered form so that they are easy to remove and put them back on the rack. The weights are made of good quality material and if you were to drop one, it won’t damage the floor. I can do several workouts with these weights. Highly recommend them.

Thanks to HolaHatha, I can curl 3, 5, and 8 Pound Dumbbells without having to make the trip to the crowded gym. They even come with a convenient storage rack! These things are great for building and toning muscles, and I can do a range of different exercises with them: aerobics, bicep curls, lunges, kickbacks, and more. They are pretty small with a nice rubberized texture which makes them easy to grip, unlike the gym weights which have bulkier handles. The storage rack has hex-shaped ends, which will stop the dumbbells from rolling away after you're done with the weights. The weights are made out of high-quality cast iron, and include (2) 3-pound, (2) 5-pound, and (2) 8-pound weights. I love these weights so much!
