[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pencil! Most are designed to click the top for lead and I end up pushing out too much when I erase. This one write very well and clicks on the side of the pen for more lead. It is a great design.

This is the first ever mechanical pencil that I have used repeatedly every single day since I got it. I reach for it to make shopping lists, takes notes during weekly lectures and updates, or just to doodle. The click mechanism to dispense the lead is great, and so far, the lead itself has never broken. Love the removable eraser. Have not yet figured out how to replace the lead, but I think it will be easy enough. Went and purchased 2 more so that there is one at my desk, one next to my bed for late notes, and one in the car glove compartment just in case. Very reasonably priced and BIC has been making dependable writing implements for many years. Will continue to purchase their products in the future.
