Looks good, but leaks

Looks great, but It leaks every time I use it. I’ve tried numerous times. It must be the black rubber washer on lid.

Don’t buy!

Junk! This water bottle leaks. Has ruined multiple books in my sons backpack. I tried contacting them to file a warranty claim. But that was four weeks ago and still no reply.

It keeps drinks nice and cold, and the handle at the top is very convenient! My complaint is that there frequently seems to be a leak where the straw is inserted in the lid and only air comes through

I purchased 2 tumblers and 1 of them has already begun leaking....I cannot give it to my son for school which is what I purchased it for because it leaks all over

The best tumbler I own

Love this tumbler so much. It goes everywhere with me. It makes me want to throw away every other tumbler I own. Definitely will be buying my kids these for Christmas!
