Love my Stanley at the pool... I order beer, add ice and pour into my Stanley. Freezing cold beer with each refill un 90 degree weather with 80 percent humidity. Fan and forever customer.

These cups are impossible to clean. The rubber piece in the spout is extremely difficult to get out. It has to be removed to properly clean. It’s the perfect hiding place for mold. Unfortunately it’s impossible to get it back in. It gets stretched out removing it. I will never buy another Stanley product again. Also the rubber seals around the lid snap easily when removing to clean. Stanley does not care and offers no resolution

JoanL stated she returned her tumbler because cold and ICE stays cold only for an hour. I personally have in my collection about 30 tumblers. None of them has this problem. They ALL keep my beverages cold for multiple hours. I’m thoroughly satisfied with Stanley products. They’re made to a very high standard.
Even in the summer with a glass sitting on the table in the sun, my yard, for two hours iced water will stay drinkable cool for over an hour. I don’t believe Joan is being honest about her product. If she placed her fluid in a Stanley tumbler according to the directions, it would almost defy science itself for the fluid to maintain a coldness to it for only an hour.
