I purchased this cup for my husband, after I got my 40oz Stanley mug with the same lid and straw. He LOVES it. Having it available to go with him everywhere and not having to worry about it spilling has made it easier for him to get in his water goals. I highly recommend this cup, lid & straw! We even had it personalized!!!
I love stanley and own several different styles of the drinkware, but I have been gravitating more towards this specific model because of how nice the handle makes for carrying around, especially while chasing after a toddler. However, I noticed a recent change with the fall collection compared to ones I bought several months ago, specifically the flip straw spout on the newer versions are extremely difficult to open, I thought it was an isolated issue when I received the my "espresso" color but then I ordered the Mocha latte color and experience the exact same issue. While I can fully appreciate the "spill proof" concept, it becomes pointless if I can't even open the drink spout without needing a heavy duty tool to pry it open. Maybe overtime it will loosen up and become easier to open??
Love everything about the stanley it just came scratched and it was a custom one so it was not returnable

I just bought one of these 20oz flip straw tumblers. Used it twice so far and the ice only last for about 2 hours. I fill it up with ice, then water. Seriously disappointed in this. Guess it’s back to Rtic.
Love the cup but can’t use it. The straw does not stay in so I am unable to use it. Great part is Stanley stands by its product and are working at a resolution
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
