Handle only-good design. Ice? No!

Disappointed in this splurge. Based on past experience with Stanley thermos expected more. Have beautiful Iceflow that doesn't keep ice even overnight! Doesn't keep ice obviously during the day. Fill with ice and water in AM no ice by noon even WITHOUT opening it. However I do like the adjustable handle. Oh! And sometimes it looks like the lid is completely screwed down but isn't and leaks. My husband tells me to stop using it-but I like the handle! Oh well. Wouldn't recommend.

Design not centered properly. Disappointed! Haven’t heard back yet from warranty about a replacement. Not sure how this could pass quality control.
