This is the best thermal mug! I had surgery and can only sip and this kept my drinks cold for 2 days ! A must have !!!

Bad insulation ability

The product is nice looking and build quality is great. The most important thing however is it's insulating abilities. I have several other water bottles (different brands) and this one is by far inferior. If, at night, I cram the bottle full of ice and add a little water, the ice is melted by morning. Furthermore after filling with ice and water, the bottle is very cold on the outside very quickly. I do not understand why people are giving this bottle high ratings.

I love everything about the IceFlow with ONE exception. I hate that the lid makes this "I'm stuck" sound every time I open & close it. It keeps ice for my super long work days. I can fall asleep at night & wake in the morning & still have ice & if not ice, ice cold water. I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't make that awful sound!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
