The Best Tumbler - But why is it treated so poorly

Absolutely love the ice flow tumbler. I have 4 in a constant rotation. I am utterly devoted. But I have to say I’m also consistently disappointed. And I’m disappointed because the other tumblers get so much more in terms of the design elements and the ice flow is like a lowly second class citizen. Why? Why???

I really like this tumbler but the lid is difficult to open. I think it is because it is hard to grip the tumbler while you try to unscrew the lid.

The only thing about this bottle is that it dents and scratches very easily and you can’t really clean under the mouth piece. This bottle would be getting 5 stars if you could remove the mouth piece to clean it better. Other wise from that this bottle is very nice and easy to carry, great for school and sports.
