It came with the whole handle bent to the right. Then customer service says the lids are on back order. These cups are too expensive for it to come in with big imperfections. Also, the top has to be screwed on just right or it will spill everywhere.

This is one of the best water bottles I have ever had. 100% would recommend getting it! I put it on the side of my backpack, and use it everyday. The handle makes it enjoyable to hold, which is rare with water bottles. I got the purple one and it is SO pretty, and all of the other colors are too!

Leaks more than expected also the ice doesn’t last as long as some of my other cups. Kids like it for school though

The straw is too short and too wide. I don’t like that it can only be used with the straw. The cup is too heavy
