Love the cup but it leaks!

This cup LEAKS!!! I love so much about it but it leaks. It keeps things so cold and I like how much it holds but I bought it to put in my diaper bag and can’t do that because it leaks so much. I minimize the leaks my by screwing the lid on so tight that I have to have my husband unscrew it. Which shouldn’t be how it is. Even then it leaks some still. When you screw on the lid it does not line up with the logo on the front like the picture. It is probably another 90 degrees off of the logo. Plus I put in a warranty request roughly 2 months ago and haven’t heard anything back. I’m pretty disappointed in this product.

The colors are pretty and I like the handle but I deeply regret buying these. Ice seems to melt incredibly fast and the lid is a nightmare. I struggle soooooo much to twist it off and it’s not like I tighten it super tight. It just gives me an anxiety and makes me feel bad because I know it is going to be a fight to get it off. I don’t even try and refill the bottle when I am not at home.

I absolutely love mine, stays cold. We had an accident with it being too close to a candle the flame was on the bottle. Nothing happened, not even a black mark from being burned, there was ice in it still!

Ice melts so fast

My ice doesn’t even last 2 hours. I have to refill the ice every time I put water in it.

Overall good bottle

I really love that this style doesn't spill and that the handle is one the top. The other one with the handle on the side does leak and it's awkward to carry. I only wish they would make this one in a bigger size that fits in a cup holder. I drink a lot of water, and I like to have a bigger container. I know this one comes bigger, but it doesn't fit in a cup holder. It's a pain to have a big bottle in the car that doesn't fit.

Ice doesn’t stay frozen

I love the design of this, the handle, the ease of the flip straw, but my ice melts (with the straw closed) within hours. I was expecting the ice to stay frozen for days. Also my straw melted in the dishwasher (dishwasher safe) and the replacement straws seem to be out of stock for awhile.
