Ice Does Melt Within Hours

I had high hopes for this cup because everyone brags about it, however, the ice doesn’t actually keep in the cup. I find that it melts within 3-4 hours. It does keep the water pretty cool, but disappointed that the ice melts. My hydroflask keeps ice way longer. Wondering if the one I received was defected considering so many others praise this cup. Wouldn’t buy again.

The best cup I have ever purchased! I work at school and move from classroom to classroom throughout the day. This cup is so easy to carry along with my books and paperwork. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Terrible prodect it came in 2 colors pink and green I order blue it was scratched to green and almost the whole bottom was missing like someone cut the bottom off bad prodect 🤬
