Disappointed, leaks constantly

I wanted to love this tumbler so bad, but it just leaks no matter what I do. My first day at a new job I showed up with my entire back covered in water because it leaked on the train to work. I have been diligent about ensuring the threads line up when putting the lid on, have tightened it so much I can hardly get it back open, and nothing works. I missed the return deadline so I attempted to submit a warranty claim, and am hoping to get a resolution that way.

Perfect for everyday use - bought this for my husband & after a couple weeks he mentioned that it’s really helped him stay hydrated and remember to drink water throughout the day. Highly recommend!!

Love this tumbler, but I wish the colors were more accurate to what you see online. Night Sky is definitely not black like how it appears. Also if the straw isn’t closed and the cup tips over it will literally flood out!

Great quality. I especially like that the size is small enough for a woman's hand to grab without feeling like you're going to drop it. Flip straw is nice when trying to load car with 2 kids. No spills

Perfect everyday cup

I got this cup for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She LOVES it. She has washed and reused it every day since rather than using a different cup. It’s easy to carry, fits in cup holders, has a straw for drinking ease. So good. Wish I had gotten myself one too!

Great purchase - easy to carry, wash and does not leak. Fits in cup holders and still holds a lot of liquid. Exactly what I was looking for.
