It leaked!

I am so sad, the first time I used this it leaked! I put it in my backpack for a road trip and it leaked on my stuff. I like the size and the handle but not the most practical as I got it because it was leakproof.

Quality and durability are lacking

The quality is lacking. I have had it for one day and it was dropped from less that two feet fork the ground. The bottle did not hold up. I have had many other brands that have not done this.

Lid leaks

Hi there, I have been using my Stanley for a couple months now and have noticed it frequently leaks all over my car and backpack, even when the straw is closed. I have talked to friends who have the same bottle and theirs doesn’t have that issue. Anyway you could help me out with this?

I’ve told all my friends to get one of these!! They’re amazing perfect for on the go, fits in a north face backpack (witch is amazing) and it’s overall just a great cup.
