I ordered this cup in raspberry and it came with a dent on the bottom so it doesn't stand upright. I am very disappointed. I sent in a ticket to have a replacement sent on October 5th and just got a response that said they have a higher amount of tickets coming in so they'll get to me when they can. For a higher priced water cup you'd think someone in quality would make sure they don't send a dented cup.

Nice water bottle

Love the handle and that it fits in my cars cup holder! It's easy to use and does spill which is a huge plus with a toddler, dog and cat. Keeps my water cold forever as well! I wish I would have gotten the 40oz because I drink so much water but love the foldable straw on the 30oz!
