I bought the Love Shack Fancy version and I love it. I went back and ordered the Ash color for my boyfriend. It doesn’t leak and keeps my drink cold from 6am until the next morning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

"Upgrades" to This Model Made it Worse..Not Better

I was so excited to get a new Flip Straw Tumbler. My original tumbler is going on 3 years old and I use it daily. This new tumbler is not near the quality of my original tumbler. I live in Texas and have always loved that the ice in my tumbler lasts forever. Humid weather didn't even affect it. Not with this new model. My ice melts very quickly and the liquids don't stay cold anymore. The lid doesn't lock on like the original design either. The upgrades didn't make this design better unfortunately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

I bought this last month to give as a birthday gift this month. I was shown how hard it is to flip it open to drink. It takes so much effort that it hurts the fingers. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be like that or it’s defective, but it’s a big let down because it was meant for an 11 year old to have a nice water bottle for school and even the adults have a hard time flipping it open. It passed the test of keeping water very cold but she can’t use it, so it was a waste of money.

I love everything about the Stanley flip straw. It does not leak. It will keep your drinks cold for two to 3 days with the ice. I carried them wherever I go because the handle is wonderful. I am a true Stanley lover.

I have always had great experiences with all my Stanley cups but my last purchase was very disappointing. I purchased my Stanley almost a month ago and immediately after receiving it I realized it was defective. The seal that keeps the water cold or hot was not working and my ice water was getting warm within 1-2 hours. I reached out to the warranty department twice and have not heard anything back. Really disappointed in the reply time and the fact that there is no number I can call to dispute my issue.
