Handle broke within a few days of receiving it

I was so excited for this cup after hearing rave reviews. I bought it immediately when it went on sale and received it promptly. Unfortunately, after only a few days of owning it, the handle broke off from the top. I submitted a warranty claim over a week ago and still haven’t heard back. For as expensive as these are, I’m pretty disappointed at the quality.
