The rubber itself is exceptional however I added on customization and it was the biggest waste. The picture looks nothing like the preview and it isn’t straight or centered on the cup. I am very disappointed as there is no returns on custom orders and this was a gift.

I like it but disappointed. My only issue- it was not an option for me to personalize this cup but then it came with a random personalization on it. Kind of disappointing as it was a gift and the message wasn’t for her. Now she has a cup with an unrelated message on it
