Why would you buy something that leaks when it rips over.

I am highly disappointed to say the least. I have not been in anyway kind of accident, or incident nor have I done anything remotely close to have cause this damage, I use this cup in my office and it sits with a wobble. It does not sit flat. Durable is the furthest from what this cup is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
