Great cup, 2 concerns..

I am very happy with my quencher. The handle is comfortable when dealing with the weight of the full cup, it does keep my water cold, and it is a very nice color. 2 things I don’t like: If the straw is pushed all the way in, you won’t get a nice flow because it is pushed up against the bottom, I wish there was a stopper on the straw to prevent this. Second, the lid is a little bit finicky to put on. You have the option to have the straw on the left or right side of the handle, but I find it doesn’t quite seat as nicely as it should when trying to screw it on so I do mess around with it for a few attempts first. I almost wish they had markings that likened up on the lid and the cup so you know exactly where to screw it on. Other than that I do very much enjoy this cup and I have been drinking more water because of it. It does fit perfectly in my cup holder.

Don't waste your money

The price of this cup is outrageous. I bought this as a gift for my daughter who almost immediately dropped it and the cup leaked all over the floor.I signed up for emails from your company for 10% off and then found this item "didn't qualify". The cup does not fit into any bag/cup holder easily and does not fit in the cupboard. I had to buy a straw cap for hygenic reasons and to avoid spillage (this should come with the cup for how much it costs!).What a scam and terrible product. Do not recommend.

An insulated lid would help keep it colder longer. Definitely going back to my s|m cup.
