Lid issue

This was a gift. The lid leaks. They had it customized for me. I can not get the lid on so I can hold in my right hand. Have to hold in left hand to drink from it.

It’s a good/regular cup. Arrived scratched.

The Stanley cup is a good cup. It’s just like any other cup. It holds liquids well. Mine arrived with a small scratch, which is a bit disappointing.

Not the same color

I got the color balsam glow and while I like the cup it’s not exactly the same color as what was advertised it’s more like a dark blue

My ice is melting!!!!!

I love my Stanley tumbler but what am I doing wrong. I fill it with Ice and a few hours later it has melted, the same day not 2 days not 40 hours but maybe about 6 hours. I purchased it solely because it stated ICED 2 days.
