It should have been mailed in another box, not the Stanley box it comes in. My order also have scratch marks on it like it was dropped. Not the best purchase

My drink is still cold!!

Perfect hot or cold. It will keep! This is perfect for the long meetings or commutes..it keeps your drink cold & refreshing. Or if you have a hot drink my coffee or tea stays hot -if you hate lukewarm anything then you need this cup!

I love the design of this cup. It’s lightweight & the handle makes for easy carrying!
However, mine does not keep my drinks cold! I’m constantly having to put more ice in it.

I love my stanley, but today the handle broke off. I got it in the begging of september. I’m so upset. and i’ve been on the phone trying to contact with them for over 45 mins.

Love my cup but the lid needs grips molded to help removing it even if only tightened the least bit.
