Fantastic UNLESS you need the warranty dept for a defective cup

I actually ordered this as a replacement. The handle snapped off my first H2.0 flowstate 40 oz mug. I have been going through the warranty dept. although the replacement was approved they want to replace it with a 30oz saying it could be months before a 40oz is available. I found this odd as I could order a new one straight off the site. I love everything about the 40 0z! I love that it can go in the dishwasher most of all. We have so many of these mugs and the entire family uses them and loves them. But the Stanley
Warranty dept is subpar, hopefully you will never need their services.

Really great bottle

I really like how much water it holds. The handle is convenient, the colors are aesthetically pleasing and I love that it fits my cup holder. That said, it does tip over very easily because it is too heavy. It also spills when it tips because there’s no way of shutting it while the straw is in. It also doesn’t keep water as cold for as long as some other bottles I’ve used in the past.

Terrible customer service

Worst customer service ever! My handle fell off over a month ago and I’m still waiting for my replacement. They have offered a smaller one, what?? And the color and size has been available on the website the entire time!! Their response “we have a different warehouse for replacements.” Do better!!

I absolutely love it!!! Keeps my drinks cold and ice lasts so long. My only complaint (yet still 5 stars) is it’s heavy for a cup.

Difficult lid

Very disappointed with the lid. Maybe I’m missing something but it takes multiple try’s to get it truly screwed on. I only bought it because I left my regular container at home one day and this was my best option at Whole Foods. Based on lid alone would not purchase again.
