Stanley handled my warranty situation so quickly and professionally. They kept in touch with me via emails which I really appreciated. My cup arrived last night. It looks great. It's my favorite so I'm glad to have it back on my collection. I dispose of my old cup as Stanley asked. This entire experience has been quick, professional, and easy. Thank you Stanley

It leaks if you tip it over out of the straw hole. I was happy how cold it keeps the water or drink

Best cup ever. Holds 40 oz yet fits in my car cup holder. No need for different lids for. sipping coffee out of the cup or using the straw. Buying these for Christmas presents for 10 family members!

Mold grows in the cap.

The cap gets moldy. not the easiest to wash. And definitely didn't not ice it there for quite sometime.

The handle to the Stanley is loose. I don’t understand how a water tumbler this expensive isn’t durable after 2 months of purchasing it.

Keeps my iced drink cold thru the night. The screw top however, usually takes two sometimes three tries to get it secure.
