Mold grows in the cap.

The cap gets moldy. not the easiest to wash. And definitely didn't not ice it there for quite sometime.

The handle to the Stanley is loose. I don’t understand how a water tumbler this expensive isn’t durable after 2 months of purchasing it.

Keeps my iced drink cold thru the night. The screw top however, usually takes two sometimes three tries to get it secure.

I love my Stanley, but the lid is difficult to screw/unscrew sometimes, especially if you put it on too tight. But I love the size, quality of material, easy to clean, and easy to carry.

Pros: Fits into car cup holders; keeps contents hot or cold. Cons: Uncomfortable straw and mouthpiece; easy spill. Expensive, considering the "cons".

Needs some improvement

I do not like how difficult it is to open this quencher after it’s been closed for a few hours.
To open the lid, is painful and requires so much strength. Hands are always red and bruised after attempting to remove the lid for cleaning or refilling.
Additionally within the 1st 2 weeks of use, the handle became loose and was shaky.
