No "Lifetime" Warranty

Loved this mug for awhile, however, I was just told that the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage. The handle has also been loose for months. So disappointed in customer service.

I love my Stanley quencher! I use it every single day! After my morning coffee, I use it all day long. I am a water drinker so that is why I chose to go with the 40 oz. My only question would be if it truly holds ice as long as my friends says it holds theirs. I can get a good 12 hours but not 24+ like my friends say. But that won’t be a down fall for me, I’m still planning on buying several more!

Nice cup keeps the water cold but i leaks a lot. Also the lid is very hard to unscrew would not recommend for someone with arthritis or older in age

The lid doesn’t twist in correctly. When twisted in if I want to drink out of it with the straw straight the lid has a gap between it and the cup. If I want the lid on without a gap the straw is to the side and I have to angle my cup/ handle to drink out of it. This is my second cup and I am not impressed by the amount I spent and the quality.

I really wanted to like this but it doesn’t keep my water cold at all. It’s very strange cause everyone and their mother swears by these but it just doesn’t work for me.

Not worth the hype

I really wanted to love this cup. Unfortunately my ice barely lasts a few hrs even though the site says it will hold for up to 2-3 days. It is very heavy and cumbersome. I originally bought it because my Yeti didn't have a handle and thought this would be better. I honestly would rather buy the Yeti 35oz with the handle as it holds hot/cold much longer. Its a pretty cup but it’s not worth all the hype.

I like the 40 oz it helps me drink more water. The only thing I wish you could change, its leaks if it is knocked over.
