Not leak proof

It leaks if I accidentally turn it over or it falls over in my car. There should be a leak proof design.

The best investment!

I could not live without this cup! While some complain of the cost, i view it as an investment in my health. To me it is a low cost, for a high return by staying hydrated daily!

Great cup but the handle is falling apart. Not rough on it or anything it just seems that the material the screws go into doesn’t hold up.

My mug color coating was brushed off the very first day I used it. I submitted a claim and was told my mug was not eligible for replacement. Such an expensive product should not be able to brush off the coating so easily.
It should not be a marketable choice when selecting colors for this product.

I love this cup for it's ability to keep things cold - ice can last 2 days - and the size. However, after about 9 months of use, and washing the cup in the dishwasher, the Rose Gold is peeling off and leaving a mess behind. Is it rose gold or plain stainless? Maybe the painted colors stay better with the dishwasher?
