Ready to try a different company's version

I do like the cup, but customer service is abysmal. Don't expect them to cover anything or help if something is wrong with the cup. My practically brand new lid broke in the top rack of the dishwasher. After about a month of trying to get in touch with someone, they wont replace it or even offer free shipping for a new one.

Not worth the money

Love this cup but after three weeks the rubber piece on the lid came off. Trying to put a claim to get it replaced. This shouldn’t happen after three weeks.

Nice cup, but it broke after 2 days. This is the second Stanley of mine that has broken. Easily breaks, so be careful when you use it.

Matte chipped after 4-5 hours of use

I received my cups last week..I was able to get the soft matte orchid color.. Well I finally open the box. I had read some reviews and videos about the coating chipping after i bout it, so i inspect it.. hand wash it.. inspect it again..fill it with ice water. All is well .. I've been sitting at my desk all day..I wfh.the cup hadn't let my desk other than pick it up and sip..anyway.. I go to pick my cup up..it feels a lil scratchy in one spot at the bottom..I flip it over to find the matte had chipped already...not even 5 hrs of use..I'm so disappointed 😞..

Absolutely no regrets

I got mine in cream and I have to say I love it! The handle is so convenient, I can't hold a wide bottle because of my carpal tunnel so this is a plus! And it's not heavy when full.
I'm the type who needs something like this to drink more water. I'm a pet sitter and it's great to leave it in the car and still be able to drink fresh water although it's super hot outside!

I love my cup! I have two cups that are so incredible that it keeps my drink supper cold without ice, I think it is worth the money. But there is one downside without the "spill proof" lid they spill super easy, But other than they are supper nice. I love the cups. So I would bye again.
