My lid on mine snapped off.. very disappointing for such an expensive cup. Also for a cup where this seems to be an issue why are you not selling replacement lids?

Great Cup

Clearly this cup is amazing. Purchased for my daughter because she HAD to have it (and agreed to do chores to pay it off). I tried hers and put myself on the waitlist for me. Fast forward just she of a week and some jerk at her school stole hers. It’s sad that these are in such high demand that 1) people steal them (saw someone else who reviewed the same) and 2) they are always sold out. For those truly reading the review for input, the cup works great for cold beverages, fits great in cup holders, and has the coolest lid allowing you to either drink from a straw or sip. Only cons: not spill proof and not theft proof.

I love the 40 ounce size for work. I love the handle. It's sturdy and looks lovely. It is no better at keeping ice/ice cold beverages than my off brand tumbler. It still does the job just not superior for the brand and/or price

Great tumbler, annoying lid!

One of the best tumblers I have bought, only down side is the fact that some Hellen Keller engineer did not clock the lid properly and it is off center by a few degrees. Kind of annoying but it is what it is. Great tumbler in aspect of volume and how long it keeps things cold!
