Serves its purpose but loose handle

Two things I have to complain with:
1. It's only been a week, and the handle is already getting loose. I'm unsure how long it will last as we use this daily.
2. I ordered two for my husband and one for me. Unfortunately, there was an error in my order, and they shipped the Soft Matte Bay Leaf and not the Fog I ordered. However, customer service said the color I chose was out of stock and graciously refunded me.

Totally worth the money. You will love it!

These cups are awesome! I got one for Christmas and I love it. I never thought of liked it as well as I do. I have used Yeti for years, but this is so much better. The handle, secure lid and the fact that the cup is so big but still fits in a cup holder really makes a difference. Worth the money!

Not exactly sure the hype in this cup. The contents spill out of the lid and settle on top of the cap. I'm walking and it's getting everywhere. Also the contents didn't stay extremely hot in the cup.

I use the Stanley tumbler for water. I love the handle but am disappointed that ice melts much more quickly in this tumbler than in my Yeti tumbler.
