My handle detached after a week of use. I have emailed and have gotten no response. I am very disappointed in the quality of the cup.

Beware Lid Can be Hard to Remove

I really wanted to like this cup. But I sometimes have a hard time getting the lid off and can get intense pain in my hand trying to get it off. This is quickly becoming something that I can't just live with. With the straw, it isn't leak proof the contents still comes out the side of the hole for the straw. The handle feature is great but I will be looking for another brand that isn't so hard to get the lid off.

SPILLAGE

This is highly advertised for it’s not spillage yet mine continually spills even when slightly knocked over where most of the water in the bottle spills out and then the entire lid is filled with a water puddle.

Not happy with my purchase. For the price you would think they would be made better. The lid on mine leaks.
