Replacement parts are necessary

My lid broke after the first use. Granted, it fell out of a cup holder, but it broke and apparently I cannot get a replacement. I have an email into the company as well as a question into the "chat", but have not heard anything. I have another large tumbler, which is very similar, which I dropped in a similar way and it did not break. I am going back to that one. I had bought a second one as a gift, because I bought into the hype, but I will be returning it. It did a great job of keeping the drink cold. It gets heavy, but that is understandable because of the size.

The cup itself I absolutely love, it’s so chic and I love the handle built on. The only thing that was disappointing is when it arrived the box was damaged and the bottom has a small dent so it makes me believe it’s not very durable. Other than that I love it.
