This is my third one to purchase. Two have been gifts and one was a gift to myself. My Dad raves about his almost every time I see him. He had a recent fall and is none weight bearing on one leg so to be able to have a big glass full and not have to get up is a lifesaver.

For such a popular product, I’m wondering if I got a dud? It can’t even keep ice water overnight. My other bottle, a different brand, can keep ice overnight even without the lid attached. I’m really bummed with this bottle. Try to get help was a nightmare too. Now I’m stuck with just another cup.
