The straw to my bottle came broken and after reaching out multiple times to try to fix it Stanley has failed to replace or even really respond to me. I am very disappointed because it has been like two months and I haven’t been able to use it.

Don’t Fall for the Hype

I have not been happy at all. I was so excited for this cup when it arrived. I dropped it 1 day after I got it and it made a small dent in the bottom corner and now it wobbles terribly. I reached out to quality control over a month ago and still nothing!

Perfect for the car and office. Fits in cup holders, and the straw keeps me drinking water more often and staying more hydrated.

Love it!! This is our 3rd & I’m buying them for Christmas presents as well. Only gave 4 stars because i wish i could get a stainless steel straw to replace the original one.

Love the cup but unfortunately it is to big for my car cup holder so that was a disappointment. I do believe my cup holders are smaller than American made cars

Love it. Favorite part is that it fits cup holder on vehicle. Next Favorite is left in car to test how long will keep ice in 90 degree plus weather. 3 Days. I could go on and on.
