Email back your warranty claims!

Still leaks and seal at the top is broken. Contacted customer care twice and put in a warranty claim and no one has gotten back to me and it’s been three weeks almost a month.

i did have the original traveler but then when the 2.0 came out i had to get it! the smaller base is so much better for the cup hold in my car!
