Tumbler not staying cold and ice melting

I got this cup in November 2024. I took care of it like it said. And my tumbler doesn't hold ice like it did in the beginning. My ice melts in a couple of hours. I use to go 3 days with ice still in the tumbler now I don'teven go for a couple of hours. It's like at this point it was a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband bought this for me in my fave color as a gift. I absolutely LOVE it! Holds my drink cold all day. No leaks, no condensation. It fits in my treadmill cup holder. I definitely recommend!

I purchased a Stanley 40oz tumbler with high expectations, based on the brand’s reputation for superior insulation and performance. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The primary issue lies in the product’s inability to maintain ice retention—ice consistently melts within two hours of filling, even under normal indoor conditions.
Given that this item is marketed for its long-lasting thermal retention capabilities, I find the performance to be significantly below advertised standards. This is not what I anticipated from a premium-priced, widely endorsed product. I have followed all usage guidelines, including proper pre-chilling, yet the results remain the same.
Regrettably, I cannot recommend this item based on my experience, and I would urge potential buyers to consider alternative brands that offer more reliable insulation performance.

I got this Stanley Quencher H2.0 Flowstate 40oz and I hate it. The straw sucks air in. You can hear it hissing. It’s so annoying. I have tried everything tighting the lid, tighting the straw. Making sure all the rubber gaskets are tight. I had my boyfriend do the same thing in case it was just me having an issue. I got the one that was wood grain color so I would just change to my clear lid but it looks tacky. Stanley needs to do better for the price that is paid for one! If I would have saved the receipt I would definitely take it back. Didn’t think I would need to save the receipt but I was wrong. 😑

Flashy tumbler, hot pink is gorgeous. I got the holster so I could take it walking. The sturdy strap is comfortable over my shoulder. The holster pouch is perfect for my keys. Plus, it keeps drinks cold all day long, even on the warmest day. Without the holster, the handle fits my hand and is well balanced. Perfect for business meetings or conferences. I love it.
