40 oz is heavy when full

Disappointed - DOES NOT KEEP ICE COLD LIKE THEY CLAIM!

I bought 2 of the newest 40oz H2.0 Quenchers on 9/13/2022. I have one that a bought a few months ago but wanted to surprise my husband with the black one and get myself the Eucalyptus one since I love that color. I don't know if they changed something in the new ones but these do not hold ice.... at all. My other one would keep ice cold for over a day. I am lucky to get 5 ours with the 2 new ones, I have put in a ticket claim to customer service 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything. Its past my return window so now I am stuck with 2 of these cups. Really disappointing.

Love, I have read where some have said it does not stay cold, I have not experienced this! Love and been drinking all my water each day! Love how it fits in cup holder in car!

not worth the hype

I like this cup but it is really heavy when it is full. I also don't feel like ice lasts in it as long as they say
