Keeps cold! but straw is off center

J I’m love my cup. It keeps cold all day. The lid seems to screw on unevenly. The straw is towards the left of the logo, but should be center. Has this been a problem before?

I love the way my cup keeps my water ice cold over night so when I get up for some it’s still perfect! I’m sad that I’ve only dropped it once and it’s all scuffed up from that one time mistake! I figured that, as expensive as they are, they would be a bit sturdier.
