Disappointing

I was really disappointed in this cup. I love the handle and cup holder feature but the ice melts within hours, it does not last 2 days. My water stays cold if but there is no ice after about 4 hours. Additionally, it spills very easily. So sad about the quality, after all the hype.

First of all these cups are super cute and keep my water cold for a long time when I need it to do that’s awesome but I can’t give it 5 stars because I would like the straw to have a stopper at the bottom like other cheaper water cups do and also I wish it didn’t leak, other than that it’s great!

Can't say I understand the hype. I bought this cup after reading amazing reviews however this cup does not live up to what it is advertised as. I love the design but for the purpose of keeping my beverage cold it just doesn't work. When filled with cold water the water turns lukewarm within two hours and ice doesn't last at all. The cup also sweats like crazy despite being advertised as insulated. Personally, I wouldn't spend the money on this cup and I would purchase a Yeti that's cheaper and actually works.

I absolutely love this cup. It keeps my water cold forever and fits in my cup holder. I love the handle. Will definitely be buying more! Super easy to clean. I use this every single day.

Ice melts fast!

Doesn’t keep ice as long as it claims. It keeps contents cold but Ice is melted by the end of day one and that’s a maybe it will last to the end of the day. Which sucks because I just like to refill drinks when I’m at ball games and my ice is usually gone. It’s cute but wouldn’t buy it again.

Awesome Cup - Terrible Ordering Experience

Bought one for my wife and I. We love the cups. They hold ice for a very long time, fit in our cup holders, just an all around great product. The cup is 5 Stars. I am docking a start here, because I am so over Stanley and their ordering process. This is the only place that I can find to vent. Went online today to get my sister the floral cup for her birthday. Was ready to go at 10. Was put in "line" for about 3 minutes. I went to order and not once, but twice had to put my credit card information in. After the second attempt to order (no errors were displayed regarding the CC) I was politely notified that the floral cup was sold out. The same thing happened when I ordered for my wife. She wanted a specific color and I had to get her an alternate. This will be my last Stanley order until this crap is sorted out.
