finally became a stanley girl! but not the consumerism one tho lol. overall from the quality is a big yes ❤️ it so cute when you carry your stanley like omggg, the color are cute tho. but buying rose quartz color for a perfectionist person makes you feel drained. it will always be dirty and has random scratches while i doesnt even bump it 😭😭 yes its not waterproof, because it was called stanley cup, duh? not stanley bottle. well im satisfied to be one of those cool stanley clean girls. love my rose quartz so badlyyyy. I ALWAYS TOLD MY FRIENDS TO GET AT LEAST 1 STANLEY 🥰 and i dont expect that the lid can develop a spiderweb beret??
I would recommend this to a friend!

Green Washing -Recycled Metal?!
on November 10, 2024

Love the Stanley cup design however the use of recycled stainless steel being used to make the cup should be a concern for everyone. To recycle stainless steel energy must be used and the biggest question should be where is the metal coming from and what was it used for. When charging a premium price for a cup the material should be the highest grade and not sourced from “recycled ” metal.

Don’t Buy

I bought 2 of the Valentines edition 40oz cups and the ice is melting within 30 minutes. The cup is also very cold to touch. It’s as if there is zero insulation. None of my other Stanley cups do this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am so upset:( I use Stanley always. This time totally disappointed! I put ice and cold water, even not 2 hours stay cold. Ice melts immediately and, my water is getting warm within 3 hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a very durable product.

I bought the 40 Oz Quencher in December last year for my daughter and the handle just broke in September. So, this expensive purchase lasted 9 months of daily use. I would like to find a way to reattach the handle, but it will probably just fall off again.
I am not happy with my purchase. Gave this to my daughter as a Christmas gift. She filled it with ice and with cold water from inside our refrigerator. The ice melted within a couple hours. We requested a replacement thinking the cup is defective as my wife and other daughter's Stanley's can maintain ice over night. My daughter was told that we must have used warm water which is not the case. We were refused a replacement. Do not buy this Stanley.

If it tips, it spills.

Love the concept, hate the execution. Doesn’t just leak, it spills. Lid is on correctly, doesn’t take a brain surgeon. But it tips, it leaks. That should be its tag line. Thought it would be nice to have the handle since my hands are not very large and it is hard to grip a 40 oz. cup or bottle. But it is still unwieldily. If I slide my hand under the handle, the hard plastic of the handle presses on the bones on the back of my hands and it is painful. My hands are not bony! I have a generous layer of padding (lol) but doesn’t matter. Very disappointed since there are times that carrying this larger amount of water is a plus.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
