Cap needs extra work

Screwing the cap on/off is finicky. It seems like the lid will only close in one direction and can only hold it if your right handed due to the handle.

It’s amazing! I have to drink a ton of water due to my medical conditions and it is the only cup that’s the right size and fits in my cup holder for appointments.
