IT LEAKS & CONDENSATES A PUDDLE!!!

I was gifted this tumbler from my bestie who also had it customized for me. As much as I love the design and the size, it condensates something awful!!!! Like leaves a puddle under it! I take it to work with me bc once we’re inside we cannot go back out until the end of our shifts. My ice melts within an hour, and just overall so sad that my friend put so much thought into it for me, that I can’t even use it like I want to without it making a mess! Can someone please help me out? If not I highly don’t recommend this cup 🫤

NO ICE

I brought this back in December 2024 as a Christmas gift. It was of course cold and now here it is in July 2025, and the tumbler does NOT keep my water cold. I put only water in my tumbler with ice. Months ago, when the weather temperature was cooler the ice would stay cold for days. Now that the temperature has changed to hot the ice in the tumbler last only for hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only reason I didnt select 5 starts is due to the top. At times the top seals extremely too tight even when I dont twist it all the way closed. Literally turned my hand red trying to remove the top for 15 minutes.
