Defective handle

I waited so long to get this, but the handle on mine jiggles. It’s not fully lined up with the mug. I tightened the screws, but the screws were already tight. I have to return mine and I’m super bummed.

Very disappointed

Bought 3 of these last spring. Only 1 of the 3 will hold ice for more than a few hours. This started a month or so after use like they lost the vacuum seal or something. I bought these to replace my original one that is had for years until handle fell off and inside was so pitted I couldn't use anymore. Got every penny's worth out of the original. The new ones, not so much. Extremely disappointed!

The gold one is GORGEOUS!!!

The gold tumbler is GORGEOUS!!! I have no idea why people aren’t buying this. Are we really so influenced by influencers that we only like the color they like? I’m so glad I got the gold one. I get compliments on it and it looks great in my house and office which both have gold decor.

I am obsessed with these cups!! Water stays just as cold for just as long as a yeti, plus it’s bigger and has a handle I never knew I needed. I can’t live without the handle. I recently bought 3 lol. Oh, and dishwasher safe!! The grey looks lavender and it’s so so pretty. I take it literally everywhere
