[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the pleasure of trying this item for my honest review and I must say I was quite happy with the product overall! I like the fact that I had a steamer basket included and it has a cook and warm feature the removable nonstick cooking bowl is absolutely awesome the fact that it has a extra built-in lid holder is convenient as well overall I really enjoyed this product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Until it stopped working

I bought this in January and absolutely fell in love with it only be disappointed today to find it didn't turn on or heat up my rice never cooked. A huge inconvenience when you're trying to multitask cooking. Onlu gave me 4 good months. Super sad about this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no way to cook 6 cups of rice the side of the bowl says 3 cups of liquid so 6 cup will not work what a waste of money my last black n Decker was great for 15 years.

The capacity, in this case six cups, refers to the number of cooked cups of rice this unit can hold. When measuring rice to cook, make sure to use the included rice measure. Because rice expands as it cooks, one rice measure will make about one cooked cup of rice. I apologize for any inconvenience. Bought this yesterday. Tried today with smallest amount of water and rice per instructions. Kept boiling over so had to prop lid open and stir frequently. Instead of 18 minute cook time it took 35 minutes. So mushy it was inedible. Would give this -5 stars if I could. Do not buy this!!

it’s very convenient but i had a couple of issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this almost 2 months ago and the lid screw and handle got off. i never did anything wrong, i put it in the top dishwasher rack (as written) and this happened to me. i’m very disappointed since it’s still new
