Does what it is meant to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice cooker works pretty well. My rice came out tasting great and was just the righ amount of softness. My only complaint is that it boils out of the top some. I am not sure if I cook more cups of rice if it will boil over the edge or not . I haven't done a larger amount of rice yet to see. Overall I am happy with this rice cooker .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first steamed vegetables when I first received this and the next night I made rice. .The vegetables were fantastic and the rice was fantastic. The clean up was so easy on this. I having been eating lots of steamed vegetables and rice since I received this.

Very versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this rice cooker from Black and Decker. It makes up to 6 cups of cooked rice. I can cook just enough for one meal or more to have leftovers. It's so easy to use. It comes with a detailed manual that tells you how much rice and water to use with the provided measuring cup. Plug it in and press the button to cook. When it's done cooking the rice cooker will automatically switch over to the warm setting. Rice cooks up perfectly. The nonstick bowl is removable. It and the lid are dishwasher safe. A plastic serving spoon is also included as well as a steaming basket. I use it a couple times a week for making rice, steaming veggies and for cooking steal cut oats on the weekend. I also prepare quinoa in it. I'm so happy with how well it works and how easy it is to use and clean. I like the compact size of the cooker. It's attractive and takes up a small footprint on the counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this rice cooker about 3 times a week. I certainly thought I needed a much bigger one, seeing as how I make so much rice. I was wrong, this holds a lot and makes enough to feed a huge group of friends and family. I love that you can dismantle this so that it stores easily in your house. The grips are perfect for taking to events and keeping the food warm.

I've had mine a year now n I love it. Simplifies even the difficult stuff! And the steamer basket is great. Wish it was bigger, but I'm totally satisfied... So far.
