Solid, safe adapter

I've owned many, many adapters after owning 7 different EVs. After using this with my Kia EV9, I'm more impressed with the build quality and feeling in the hand than anything else. Being UL 2252 certified is also a huge plus, since there are not many adapters on the market that tick this box. I've only used it up to 48 amps, but there is no noticeable warmth to the touch after a long charging session.

Best J1772 adapter we ever had

This adapter is great. The NACS plug latches automatically and can only be released by pressing the latch. This adapter has theft protection, it can be locked to the EV by using a small padlock thru the release latch. It being certified is also a piece of mind that many others don’t have. We have been using this adapter flawless for several weeks now with our Rivian R1S.

Lectron is such a trusted name when it comes to EV charging adapters so this is the best choice if you need a NACS to J1772 adapter. I always keep this in my car for road trips and it comes in handy. It's really easy to use and really great build quality. I have no doubt it will last for years and years. It also supports up to 80 amp Tesla destination chargers meaning that no matter vehicle I use this with, it will work fine. The Lectron NACS to J1772 adapter is well worth the money!

Works great on BMW. But does not fit snugly enough on VW ID4 for safe charging.

NACS home harder to J1772

Allows your level 2 NACS to charge you J1772…so much better than deferring to level 1. Even recommended it to a friend. 80 Amp allows even faster charging allowed by my charger.
