What we like:We appreciate that technical support people were helpful, and they returned our calls within 24 hours.We also like the clean simple design of the product.What we did not like:Screwing in the range hood to the bottom of our cabinet was a challenge.

The range hood is easy to install with the horizontal adapter and cord outlet on the back. It's a bit noisy when operating at high level.

Great design, performance, service and price

Unit looks good installed, 6 speed fan, led lights with warm light. We don't use the fans on more than the first two settings but there is plenty of draw from the twin fans. First unit arrived and had a fault with the fans, customer service was excellent, sent out a new unit.Fans are quiet, but don't expect it to be silent, air moving through ducting ALWAYS makes noise, more speed more noise.Good unit, good price.

Very Nice Fan

This fan replaced my 20+ years old hood fan. It's has been fantastic. The nice thing about it is that it comes with different adapters for the top vent. I replaced the supplied light bulbs with LED ones. It could be nice if they can supply the mounting templates. I have to make my own. It will make install much easier.Overall very nice hood fan.
