We purchased a month ago. We finally got to install this past week. The most time consuming part was gett the old unit out. The instructions were clear and concise and very straightforward. My wife and I had it in as well as a pro could instal it. Works better than expected. Thanks for a great product at a great price.

The hood is functional, powerful and it’s beautiful. We bought it to replace the microwave over the stove and it does fantastic job venting the smells away of our kitchen. The motor may be bit louder than expected, but I would totally recommend.

I was able to season my new wok without setting the fire alarm. Thats pretty good suction compared to my OTR which in replaced. It is also pretty easy to install but you do need another person. Overall satisfied with this purchase.

I bought the PS-18 a few years ago. Works very well! The clock was not accurate, so I requested a replacement. I've been assured that the problem has been remediated. This is the only issue... otherwise a 5-star review would have been awarded.

Hood is beautiful. I've already received multiple compliments on it. It is definitely industrial strength and does a great job of pulling air up and out which was the number one reason i chose this brand/model. (I cook a lot)
It is a little bit loud and the light is not as bright as my old one was. The light also only has one setting of on or off - no in between. Love that the filters are dishwasher friendly.
