One speed low heat

This shiatsu massage pillow is really nice and probably a baseline model. It has different massage modes by clicking the power button to change modes. The only other button is heat and it’s extremely low just enough to lightly feel it.To shut off the pillow you just hold the power button and it shuts off. It comes with a charger so you can recharge it and don’t have to worry about batteries.It has a strap on the back so you can put it over a chair without the pillow moving all around when you’re using it. I can put it in our rolling chair or our recliner and just lean back. You can also use it on your stomach, neck, legs, anywhere you want. The easiest place to use it though is your back.Overall this is really nice, my only complaint is there is only one speed per message mode and also only one heat setting. I feel like I’ve owned a lot cheaper massage pillows and covers that had speed settings even.

Gentle but effective.

Miko's Wireless Massage Pillow is a delight. It's very nicely made from soft and thick fabric with a thick Velcro strap on the back to attach it to a chair.The pillow is very easy use. There is only a power button and a button for the heat. The power button also changes the massage mode by reversing the direction.It's compact and easy to carry and it's so wonderful to have a massage pillow that runs on a rechargeable battery so you aren't tethered to an outlet. I prefer using this pillow on my lower back as it's the perfect side for that space. It's also a nice size for my hamstrings, but a bit too widely spaced for a good foot massage. The massage is effective, but gentle. It doesn't beat you up like similar massagers can sometimes do. The heat is mild, but noticeable.Battery life is okay. It lasts an hour or so before it needs to be recharged. It recharges with a proprietary plug. The charging light can be hard to see since it's embedded in the pillow.All in all... an effective and portable massage pillow.

Comfortable, effective, portable, long run time

This does wonder when my back is sore or tight. I just lean back on it, at work or at home. I tried it briefly in my car, but the seat back already has lumbar support which pushed this too far forward. This is light weight and portable, and runs for hours on a charge. The cover is soft, but not removable, so dont spill anything on it!

The Miko Wireless Shiatsu Massage Pillow is super nice and so very quiet! I have a lot of massage devices, and each has some benefit. I find my whole back one that attaches to the chair digs into my bones and leaves me sore. This Miko pillow is much more gentle while still helping to relieve the pain. The controls are limited, and yet it feels terrific. Not everything needs to have ten levels. This works! I especially like that it's cordless/rechargeable and even comes with a car charger and travel bag. I'm so excited to take this on my next road trip!! Highly recommend!!

Great for neck and lower back

I love this little massager! I’ve been using it for my neck and my lower back a lot lately and it’s been great. I can set it on my work chair or couch and use my body weight to get good pressure. I’ve not really felt any of the “heat” aspect of the massager, but that’s fine. I like that it’s relatively small and kind of cute. The battery life lasts longer than I need to use this for, so that’s also great. I’d say this will definitely help with tight muscles or minimal pain.

Portable massager with quiet and smooth rollers with a hint of heat

Before this portable massager I had one of those chair massager from smarter image and that thing was noisy and not as comfortable. This portable massager is very comfortable for my lower back while sitting in my desk chair. It has only one speed and the heat is either on or off no adjustments for either control. The battery operation is handy because I can move my chair around without tripping or running over a power cord from my old massager. I can place the unit exactly where my back or neck needs a massage and the slight heat helps to relax the tension in the muscles. As I mentioned earlier this unit has only an on/off and heat on/off no multiple speeds or varying amount of heat.There is no up/down motor like some of the chair mounted massager so this unit is very quiet so I can use it while on a phone call or a zoom meeting. The cordless operation means I don't need to have a plug nearby that gets run over by the wheels of my chair and I don't have to crawl on my knees to plug it in the wall under my desk. The heat is not very high but it does help with relaxing the muscles you can feel the heat but it's very mild. I wish you could turn on or leave on the heat after using the massager so the heat could continue to relax the muscles, but you can only have heat while the massager is running.The kit comes with an AC adapter for charging and a car adapter for on the go in the car, it comes with a carrying bag and a strap for placing or strapping to your chair. Overall it helps with tension and pain in my back and the battery does last for multiple sessions which is nice. I don't wait until the batteries are low to charge as most lithium-ion batteries are recommended to not go into deep discharge as this stresses the battery and reduces the battery life. To maintain lithium-ion batteries it's recommended to recharge before they get below 40 to 50 percent to reduce stress and increase the lifespan of the battery.I am happy with the massager it does help loosen my back muscles and the pain in my lower back and it worked just as advertised which is always nice to have a product that is just like the product page.

Decent massager, but not what I would consider shiatsu

This massager is good because its is battery operated and it works as designed, it comes with heater to warm the area that is getting massaged. This is able to handle my weight when laying on it, knocked off 1 star because it doesn't really hit the spot, you really need to put your weight on this to feel it, so if you are massaging your thighs, arms, there's really no easy way to set this other than leaning on it. However it works fine with massaging my back when its at the right spot.

No speed adjustment

This is a decent personal electronic massager. It's a bit cumbersome to hold but if you lay on it then it does the trick for your neck, back, legs, or feet. Additionally, someone else can use this on your back while you lie down although they will need to apply pressure for it to give the full effect. The heat is minimal. The red light is basically just to let you know the heat is on. It's not like red-hot heat from a toaster or anything. The velcro for a chair is useful although I'm imagining this giving out eventually. I'm not sure how I would wash the fabric eventually. It will need to be cleaned at some point. The car attachment power cord is nice although I can not imagine driving with this on my back. It's too bulky. The battery has yet to run out after about 2-3 sessions of 5-10 minutes each time. The box and bag are very nice. The instructions do not mention the how the power button works and can reverse the movement. I wish this unit had speeds and vibration. I dont find that information anywhere, including the direction adjustment. Overall I like this unit and it has relaxed my neck and back. I just wish it did a bit more and explained a bit more about what it does do.
